Dornych Reborn
The area of Dornych has served as Brno’s commercial centre for almost 40 years. The first shopping mall called Prior (currently Tesco) opened in 1984 and ever since then, the area has been viewed as a key destination for shopping in Brno. The Dornych project will revive the area and re-establish Dornych’s position as a go-to shopping hub both locally as well as cross-regionally.

A world-renowned architecture studio
Mark Tryzybowicz and his MTDI architecture studio gave Dornych its unique look and feel.
The MTDI studio is behind some of the most famous retail projects in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including two major shopping malls, Palladium and Eurovea. Their vast experience was a key factor when the developer was choosing a studio to work with on this iconic project.
Developer
